Default Old School Creatine Mono

Does anyone even us this stuff anymore? Way back in the day (10 years ago) I used this EAS Creatine Pyruvate. I thought this stuff was godlike, I put on a bunch of weight and strength skyrocketed. Results were so good I can't see how something like this is obsolete?

Of course, a lot of people use it. Im back to using good ol' regular creatine monohydrate.

Im still old school in that I just put a serving in my mouth and chase it with a glass of grape juice and then a glass of water. This still works. Regular monohydrate is more cost efficient than other forms and its still effective.

The brand I use is Crea-Force by ABB.

Yep, I have never stopped using it.

Recent studies are debunking the absorption rate on the new stuff.
Mono is the best form of creatine and always has been from day one.

Its definitely the most studied and proven supplement there has ever been.

Yeah quite a bit of people still use it since it's so credible and proven. I do like the newer creatine forms because I have yet to see any squirts or bloating with it. I had a few of these problems while cycling hydrate but thats it.

I like the gains of mono, but not the bloating effects. I think im going to buy some vitargo and take it with my mono next time. I have to get off creatine soon because it is banned by NCAA, which I think is a bunch of bullsh*t. I want to take all the NCAA officials who made the ban list, line 'em all up and shoot 'em all down. They are a bunch of idiots. Banning roids is one thing, but banning basic supps is downright outrageous.

Problem is Nate, when a supplement works, people are quick to think "steroids", better ban it. Its irrational thinking. I mean supplements are made to work like anything else...medicine, computers, cameras, etc. I mean if they didnt work, who would buy it ?? I just dont get the mindset of a lot of people. The media doesnt help either.

Creatine Mono has been working for me as well as Kre-Alk did. I will say I notice an increase in bloat compared to the Kre-Alk though.

kre alk all the way. more instant results from mono but with kre alk, on the 2nd bottle within 3 months im gaining strength and size well, without bloat or anything else. not too much more expensive if not same price.
