Default Protein-Based Supplements

If you could only have one of these supplements, which would it be? I hear a lot of people praising bcaa's but no so much for amino capsules/powders, and do either of them beat the two scoops of whey?
--Soy/Whey Protein
--BCAA's
--Amino Supplement

Whey Protein. Has 3 important things: calories, protein, and the one I use actually contains alot of BCAAs.

And Most Aminos in capsule or liquid form actually are BCAA's. Just all depends on the makeup of the product and whats in it.

Of the 3 choices you listed, you can obtain two from one so this poll is in a way, pointless.

Either way, just for conversation - a good whey or soy protein including supplement will provide you with ample amounts of amino acids so the first choice would be ideal for anyone, in all common sense. Soy protein is a complete protein so it contains great nutritional value - from your skin to your body chemistry it will do you a world of good.

I kind of figured that, but I wanted to see if anyone would take one of the other two (mainly bcaa's) because of the higher concentration of the specific aminos.

You don't ever want to limit yourself when it comes to amino acids. Each one has it's appointed role and a deficiency in just one can wreak havoc on your mind and body. Have you ever read what the role of each amino acid is?
