Default Making and storing Whey solution?

Ok well basically im normaly short for time and was wandering if it was ok to make a huge jug/bottle of whey solution and put it in the fride without effecting the nutrition and protien in the whey.

I use "Allin1" brand of 80% whey (unflavoured) and mix it with pure orange juice twice a day. Would leaving the whey poweder in orange juice for a few days weeken the powers of the whey. Say if a reaction was to take place slowly over time which would lesson the protien and nutrition? Need someone with scientific knowledge on whether a reaction takes place or not and not just people guessing.

Thanks

Most of the stuff I have seen says to consume the whey within 6-8 hours of mixing it. On top of that, I don't know if orange juice (acidity...) is the best solvent.
