The right supplement mix?
Guys,
I need some advice on the following supplements I am taking.
Gym = weights and cardio session.
Pre-gym - BSN N.O.Xplode - 2 x scoopes
Immediatly pre-gym - MRM BCCA+G - 2 x teaspoons
Imediatly post-gym - MRM BCCA+G - 2 x teaspoons
Post-Gym - MAX'S Lean PostWorkout protein (with water) - 1 1/2 x scoops
I also have MAX'S Hydroxy Phase protein (with flaxseed oil and water) at Morning and Afternoon Tea with a piece of Fruit.
I either have MAX'S NiteTime (with water & flaxseed oil) if I have trained twice in a day (Tuesday and Thursdays - I have rugby training those days) OR another MAX'S Hydroxy Phase (with water & flaxseed oil) at night time.
Is this to much or to little or is there anything else I can add in or take out?
Basic goals are to shed unwated fat and build lean muscel. I am already sitting on 120kgs (approx 260lbs) body weight with 18% Body Fat - So I don't want to get any bigger, just leaner.
Any adive would be be greatly appreciated.
