Hi all,

I want help in below selection. Which one of the following supplement is effective?

1] NO Explode and Nitrix [Currently I m using it]

2] Celltech [I want to use]

Kindly suggest me for which one should i go. My problem is i want to use 6 servings of ON whey [144 gram protein a day + food protein] to achieve per pound protein of my body weight. But Nitrix and Noexplode don’t allow me to drink more than 2 services a day due to high Glutamine [10 Gram Glutamine] restriction per day. So i m request all of u gentlemen to help me in this matter.

Let me tell u all one thing. My strength, endurance and mass gains [increased 0.8 inch biceps in just 6 week] r very good. I m just wondering wheather I will get same gains and strength from cell tech. Kindly suggest.

I also want to know how much gram of creatine right now i m getting from 1 and half scoop of NO Explode and 9 tablets of Nitix [3 servings a Day]?

6 servings of ON whey a day?

Sorry man, but thats not the way to go about growing. Actually that is really downright ridiculous. Don't neglect your diet.

Yes, u r absolutely right on ur point. What another thought I have is I m going to eat 500 gram boneless chicken a day in 4 small portions, which will give me somewhere around 135 to 145 gram protein + 2 scoops of ON whey + afternoon and night meal which mostly involves meat or fish. So on daily average basis I will be taking 221 Gram of protein. My weight is 187 pound. And body fat is 10 percent.

But still my main question remains the same.

Which one of the following product is better to gain lean muscle mass.

1] NO Explode and Nitrix Stack
Or
2] Cell Tech Hardcore

Well i think you need to better understand the functions of those products

1. NO xplode is basically overpriced caffeine and a little creatine with some other stuff inside. This product is more to have an energy jolt during a workout and get a good "pump" while lifting wieghts

2. Nitrix ( if i remember corretly) does not contain creatine it is an arginine supplment. This means that its increases delivery of nutrition to your muscles (think of it like a transporter to move the other supplements to your muscles more effectively) I think NO xplode has arginine as well (assuming the NO is nitric oxide)

3. Cell tech is not some miracle formula....Its just another creatine mixture (waste of money to buy from muscletech you can make your own for like 10 bucks and its just as good look for it on the bb4u main page) Anyway it is a creatine surrounded with tons of dextrose(sugar) which increases insulin to make the creatine more effective (read the reveiw for it on the bb4u main page)


Muscle is made of generally two things. protien and water....creatine just puts more water in muscles so none of these supplements are really going to build actual muscle tissue but they will make you look bigger due to increased water delivery

While this is better than your original idea, i always advise people to attempt to hit at least their body weight in protein from food. Shakes can supplement it additionally, but you need to at least take in 190 grams of food protein a day.

I agree.....its a good rule of thumb to get AT LEAST your bodyweight of protein in real food
