BigK, I have been experimenting with dosages with Xtend... they were..
3 servings pre-workout, 1 serving postworkout, 1 before, 3 after. I am currently doing 2 servings pre-workout and 2 servings post workout. This has worked very well for me. I know it has been helping me preserve muscle during my competition diet. I would try the 2 and 2 and see how that works for you.

so 4 scoops pre and post....what flavor do u have? DO you think it would be cheaper to buy BCAA powder and glutamine peptide powder and make my own Xtend version because i think the sweetener in xtend makes my stomach upset..but i like the fact it has glutamine in it so i wanna get a BCAA formula with glutamine in it

and gforce, the bulk powder that youd nee to make your own would be the bulk bcaas, then bulk glutamine, and bulk citrulline malate. those are the components of xtend besides the flavor. could be a good idea to use in the future for myself, as xtend isnt cheap lol.
