Default Good casien/whey protien blend
I have read that a casein/whey protein blend works better than just whey protien alone....anyone know of any good protein shakes that have the blend of good protien....GNC's 24 hour protein complex seemed pretty good

Edit - well thats not a blend protein, never tried that. Sorry.
