you just need food!!! j/k man haha

Picking a good multi is hard. I use GNC Mega Men. Hopefully Dannyboy will chime in on this one. Not all multi-vitamins are absorbed properly, and I dont know if mine is effective or not.

If I'm not mistaken, ISS Labs and ISS Research are two completely different things.

Case of mistaken identity

What type of insight are you looking for boss?

Whether it's good or not you won't be able to tell unless you can see if you're absorbing everything the bottle claims to have. If you can do that, that's even better than any "insight" anyone can give you!

Actually the gnc multiman viatamins are poorly absorbed...

Usually viatamins are asorbed poorly due to how and what there made with

Alot of synthetic and chemically engineered products go into viatamins, and you usually dont know what your getting

I take a liquid myself, and its no worse than drinking a protein shake and it gives you a nice boost of energy

The one i take is

It's a pack with I believe 9 pills total if I'm not mistaken.

The physical state of a multivitamin has nothing to do with it's quality of absorption. If that was true then everyone would be taking liquid supplements but thats just not the case. If a multivitamin is going to absorb, it's going to absorb. A tablet can absorb just as well as a liquid multi. In fact, a tablet can absorb better at times, than a liquid multi can - depending on what brands we're comparing The liquid form of a multi might absorb faster, but liquid does not equal "better".

You do make some excellent points regarding the ingredients of the multivitamins affecting their quality, absorption, etc. Natural is always going to be superior to synthetic - hands and knees down. Our creator made Nature for a reason: perfect for us to benefit from the proper usage of Her.

Curious, Weecrack, what does something like that compare $$$ wise with a regular multi pill?
