BSN Cheaters
Anyone hear of/ try this new product from BSN.....its supposed to make it okay to eat cheat meals or sumthing...i think it might be bull.....i think theres sum rule against links so just google it or go to BSNs website

I looked into it and there is a lot of theoretical claims. Such as an extract from shrimp called chitoson or something of that nature was supposed to attaches to fat and dissolve it. It sounds a little to fishy to me.

Chitoson – extract from Caesalpinia echinata, which only grows in Brazil. However, Brazilan law makes it illegal to damage this tree due to being protected as the National Tree of Brazil. Chitosan has been used from many hundreds of years primarily as an aphrodisiac. Brazilian men and women often placed a little piece of the root from that tree under their tongue to up their arousal and “get in the mood” before the Carnival kicked off and every few hours there after… It is also said to help lower fat saturation into the system…but research couldn’t tell if it was from the chitosan itself, or all of the cardio people were getting during the Carnival dancing/parades…
