Default What are you really getting?

Ok i had to do this stupid math thing on probability which is like 2nd grade work but it got me thinking...if a tub of a supplement lets say CytoGainer has 3g creatine and 75 g carbs as well as 54 grams of protein, well how d o you thats what your getting per shake inst it all just mixed around? whats to say you cant get 100 carbs and 20 grams of protein in one shake and the next you get just the opposite?

Great question!

I like to buy my carbs, protein, creatine, bcaa, etc separately so I know how much of everything I am really getting. Sometimes my needs change at certain times and I need to add or subtract a certain supplement.

Your getting more or less the ratio's because its mixed up. Take a can and poor some red confetti, then some blue confetti on top, and then finally some green confetti. Now shake it really well. Its not rocket science.

I thnk your best solution is to take more scoops, then on average your probability to hit the ratios goes up. Also, you will put on more weight, you win!
