Default Additional Supplements?

I'm currently taking xtreme pro mass and I've been getting some pretty good results. I've gained about 13 pounds in about 4 months. I was wondering what else I should be taking to increase size and strength. I want to get big and ripped.

I'm 20 years old, currently weigh 132 pounds, and I'm 5'10. I'm basically a stick with no body fat. People are starting to notice that I'm getting bigger, but thats just not good enough. What should I be taking? I've looked into NO2, but I don't know much about what else is out there.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Bump. You need calories, but not just anything, good calories. Take in lots of protein and slow digesting carbs pre-w.o. and throughout the day (Fast digesting post-w.o.). Try whole wheat and whole grains for the most part along with your protein. Post-w.o. make your choice of sports drink, white bread, dextrose, etc. along with your proetin shake.

Thanks for the advice. I've been eating as many good carbs and protein as possible. Should I try taking NO2 or another type of supplement to increase results?

It depends on how long you've been working out. If you've been working out for a few months (like 2-3) I'd say go with creatine first since you've already started on protein. Read this link at the bottom first. NO2 is good but you don't neccessarily need that brand of NO. Shop around on the internet and you'll find tons of brands, but I would say try creatine first, then later on go with the NO prducts. Some people here say Optimum nutrition 100% whey is a great protein also.

From what I understand Creatine makes you puffy, but I want to look ripped. I don't really have much body fat. Do you think it would make a difference since I'm pretty thin?

That's true for monohydrate, but you wouldn't use it all the time, 6-8 weeks on, 6-8 weeks off. If you take CEE (creatine ethyl ester) you will have little bloat at all. I use it and I barely bloat. I wear a size 28 waist and still have good muscle size. 5'5 145
