I would have to agree with Creatine.

I've been off it for a month now ( I skip a cycle once a year) and I can really tell the difference in my workouts.

The best supplemeNT i have ever taken would be Ripped Fuel w/ephedra. It just seemed like the fat was rapidly vanishing. I wish i could still find imore of it. I also wish I still had the bottle so I could see what all was in it.

I think I might have an old bottle of Ripped Fuel Extreme laying around. I'll check and let u know.
