Why is that Will. Weight gainers are good when used properly. Post workout would be a great time to take a gainer. Its nothing more than a fancy pwo shake.
Do you mean to tell me you dont take pwo shakes? Do you just throw some eggs, chicken breast, oats, and some green beans in a blender and drink it? |

most of these dudes asking about when to take weight gainers are not huge like u...i KNOW you also eat like a horse...but if your gonna take the leap from begginer lifter to intermidiate, you gotta stick to the fundamental basics...GOOD FOOD...although i have no clue if guns is a beginner or not...my bad on that, but judging by his avatar hes not exactly huge, and could easily meet his calorie intake with FOOD...
but none the less ill take food over weight gainer anyday, most weight gainers are just simple sugars which isnt good, my point is just that its prolly better to eat solid foods that contain complex carbs, nutrients, fiber etc.

this may sound repetitive but if thats the case eat more...in order to grow your body MUSt get more calories then it uses..do u do all three compounds? if so and your routine is good, getin enough rest...then its likely to be your diet thats the problem

Its probably not the best idea. I have a friend who works at a vitamin store who can get nlarge 2 for dirt cheap, so i use that for all my powder needs. I have a hard time adding fat as it is so it doesnt hurt me.
