Default supplements on empty stomach???

OK so i'm a new guy here and there is probably another post on this maybe so bear with me. I am pretty educated on stuff but no expert. However i was wondering why i need an empty stomach to take no-xplode and cell mass. I take 2 scoops of no-xplode before my workout. Then after my workout i take 1 scoop of cell-mass and then another scoop right before i go to bed. I will usually workout anywhere between the hours of 2-5 in the afternoon. All of it needs to be taken on an empty stomach. The no-xplode says dont eat 2 hours beforehand taking it. The cell mass doesn't give a time guideline except take on empty stomach. So will it make a huge difference because usually i like to have a little something in my stomach before a workout. How long after I take cell-mass serving after my workout can I eat then without having negative effect on the cell-mass??? Thanks everyone for a little help.

With the no-xplode i'm guessing its so there is nothing else to absorb what evers in it apart from your body, for better effect i think.

maximum absorbtion by body when stomach is empty... take the no-xplode 1 hour before and the cell mass right after... can eat 30 mins after that....

I would go with roerigs01 above. I have been taking the Mass Stack and i know that it sounds bad to take it on an empty stomach but it does work for me. Just make sure to drink water during the workout and the cellmass right after. I eat about a half an hour to an hour sfter that. hope it helps and good luck.

Yes, it's for enhancing absorbing. I for one don't like to take anything on a complete empty stomach.

If it's hard for you then i'd recommend just having a hearty meal (I assume it would be lunch depending on when you work out?) and then go from there.

Hour and half, as said, later after workout is a good time frame too.
