Default A little edge?

Looking to try some supplements over next couple of months, at moment just take Creatine and whey protein shake, looked at the Mass Fx/Hyperdrol stack.

Has anyone heard anything of this? I read couple of reviews from google etc but wandered if I could get any more accurate advice. I know these are not prohormones so don't expect huge changes but sounds quite interesting from what I have read so far.

Also if I was to run this stack obviously with the protein shakes still in tact, would it be wise to keep the Creatine on board as well?

Cheers

Save your money....just add a good multi to what you are using now and that should be all you need.

Default Unsure?

Still thinking of giving it a try, I mean you read thats many supplement reviews it mind blowing, and a bit frustrating, from the latest Nitrix oxide to creatine to other muscle builders to Mass stacks to ... it never ends.

Plus every review is different, is there not just a good old fashioned muscle builder thats quite reliable, reading on X-Factor and loads more but which one to go with.

Someone must have a good experience from something? I took Nitrix when BSM first brought it out and had great results after reading all bad reviews. Its just not worth it sometimes, maybe I will just stick to Protein and Creatine?

Wayne - first off, most of the supplements out there are garabge....there is no "magic pill or magic powder". Diet plays a HUGE role in attaining your lifting goals, whether gaining size or shedding fat. However, there are some that provide good results, and you are on them now - good old creatine and whey protein. The secret to gaining mass is eating a lot of good, clean foods and lifting hard. Some of the PHs out there also provide good results, but, you have to be aware of the possible sides associated with those (much like AAS). PHs and AAS will give you an edge, but even then, you have to lift hard and eat well. I'm not condoning the use of either, just relaying what I've learned from here. If you're interested, roe's logs (linked above) are very well-written and informative. I've also got one going on my first trip down the PH road, in the same sub-forum as roe's.
