Post Creatine question

I like to do my 20-30 minute cardio immediately after I do weights, but that leaves me baffled about when to take my creatine. Should I take it after the weights or after the cardio. I also like to stretch my legs before my cardio (no more than 10 minutes).

ouch i cant stand doing cardio after weights.. your supposed to wait 6 hours after your lifting to run..according to what i've read on here.. i would say after cardio too..

Actually cardio after training is one of the best opportunities to burn fat. It would be wise to consume some BCAAs to prevent catabolism.
