Does Kre-Alkalyn Cause Acne?

There exists no documented correlation between creatine intake and acne. Are you using any other supplements that could impact your hormonal profile? For the most part, the people that seem to have a problem with "creatine and acne" usually seem to be part of the teenage population so the chances of creatine affecting a biological mechanism thats setting off the acne is slim to none...are you a teen yourself? As a teen you have raging hormones so the acne could be due to alot of things but I highly doubt and strongly believe that the creatine has anything to do with it. Creatine, to my knowledge, doesn't affect your hormones.....which would be the reason why acne is popping up: hormones. That and genes of course because for the most part, acne is hereditary, for the MOST PART.

Teens have high Test: high test leads to acne.

Lifting increases Test: test leads to acne, creatine is the NUMBER ONE most used supplement among teens, especially newbie lifters.

i have a little acne and i also just started taking kre-alkalyn and i haven't seen any change what-so-ever in my acne, it is actually starting to go away a little with all the time i've been out in the sun

Acne is produce from stress and those that we eat plus hormones so we can can't really avoid it...there are a lot of acne treatments that showing up and so we use different kinds of acne products.
