Default New to the Supplements area.

What is everybodys take on supplements. I am 214 and really havent been active in the past few months because of work and alot of stress. I am getting back in to it and looking to lean up. I am alittle over weight and I am looking to get lean and stronger and also have more energy. I am 24 years old and looking to lose the weight and also get strongier and bigger. SO if anyone can tell me what I should use and some ideas I would appreciate it greatly. I know of alot of products on the market but wondering if anyone had a plan I could use. One guy was telling me at the gym about a company called legalsteriods.com about the full cycles and how he used them. Whats everyones take on that company? Or if you know of any other companies on the market. Thanks

My first piece of advice is not order from legalsteroids.com. This stuff isnt worth anything, in my opinion.

Your first thing on your agenda should be to get a good multi-vitamin, fish oil, whey protein, and extra Vitamin C. The next thing you should focus on is your diet. Eat clean and quality foods like chicken, lean beef, fish, eggs, milk, oatmeal, potatoes, green vegetables, etc.

What is your current diet like now ?

As of late its not been to healthy... In the past I eat a lot of chicken and tuna and salmon with alot of rice. I am just getting back in to this because of of personal issues and looking for the best way for me to get back to the way I used to look. So any advice I appreciate and I look into the fish oil, and vitamin c. I currently have the megaman sport vitamins from gnc, and just about ready to purchase some whey protein. What whey do you use?

The problem with the stuff on that site, it isnt gear, its useless product with names similiar to the real stuff.

Diet is the most important thing by far.....

Otherwise under 25...IMO...the most effective supplement is creatine, and I prefer and use only kre-alakyn. Unless you are using PH's, etc.
