Default Hey Guys First post and question

I am 5'8 weigh 154...I will start taking cell-tech this monday (yes i know what alot of people think about it), my question is usually I start my day with a myoplex meal shake. When I am loading the creatine, I know to take it first thing in the morning, but is it ok to follow this with my usual breakfast shake? Will this kill my stomach?...I am trying to get to 165 by mid-may. Thanks in advance

Let me be the first to welcome you to the forums.

Your question; it should be fine to take both items in the morning.

Also there isn't anything wrong with cell-tech as a product, the disputes are focused on the price tag it has. The effects of the product are reputable though and if you have the $, then thats all that matters.

Welcome aboard

I agree with Virus, completely fine

BUT I always take my creatine first and then I wait about 15 mins and let it somewhat start to pass into the digestive system before taking my protein shake.....

Thanks guys and I am glad to be aboard....I get my cell-tech on thursday so I am going to start on Friday.....the problem is I start a new job on Monday, and I dont want to be having the runs on my first couple days....So hopefully Fri,Sat, and SUn I will be able to see if my stomach can handle it

I am not going to bash you for using the cell-tech either...your $$, your choice, but may I ask why if you have stomach issues or you pose a concern with your stomach are you using a product that my increase that?

Have you used cell-tech before?

As has been stated, Cell-Tech is a quality product. As with all Muscle-Tech products, its rather pricey.

I have taken it myself, been awhile now though. I would take the serving first after my workout and then wait 20 minutes and take my post workout shake.

In the loading phase I did, I took it in the morning as directed, first thing when I got up. I then ate my breakfast around 20-30 minutes later.

No i have not used cell-tech...I have used NO2 pills before and they worked. It is just that I worry about putting all that liquid in my stomach first thing in the morning. Well I started the loading phase today, and no real problems. I do find myself going to the bathroom more then usual since I started the MRPS a month ago. I just figure that is from the all the protein that I am intaking, along with the change in my diet. Well lets see what happens wit the Cell-tech

Cell tech was one of the first creatines I used back when...and while it is a solid product (for a monhydrate based product) I'd always have to sit on my couch and hold my tummy for about 20 minutes after I took it cause my gut would ache.

keep us all posted.

First time with creatine...period??

Yes this is my first time with creatine. I will definitely keep you guys posted. How long until I should start to feel a difference or some type of noticable feeling or look? I know with the NO2 it gave me that feel like my muscles were pumped all day.

How about you log it on here? Don't necessarily have to log daily, but weekly would be good... yah know.. stuff like body weight, sides, how it is doing for you, etc...
