Default Help with stack and advice

hi, it's been a while since i've been here, but this is what i have.

haven't been to the gym for 3 months now and wanted to get back with a new stack and wanted to ask for advice and see if my stack need any additions or deduction.

ON 100% whey (Pre-Workout)
Creatine Monohydrate (Pre + Post Workout)
Iss Research Multivitamin (Pre-Workout)
ZMA (Bedtime)
Cytosport Cytogainer (Breakfast + Post-Workout)
NO Xplode (Pre-Workout) i know some people think it's a waste of money, but
i tried it with Nitrix and worked well for me)
MuscleMilk (Before bed)

what do you guys think? anything missing or substitutions?

i have the cytogainer in there because i need some serious gains and i don't much chance to get enough carbs and calories during the day because i have a busy day.

Three months is a decently long enough time that I would recommend you take everything in your list minus the creatine and NO Xplode for the time being. Let your body get back into shape and then use the supplements that will enhance your workout. You'll eventually get more outta the supplements and get more gains outta them.

Cytogainer and Muscle Milk? Well they are both great products but you should be spending your money on real food... Not liquid meals. I'd say drop one or BOTH of them and focus more on your diet. None the less, focus more on your diet anyway .

The rest looks good. You could drop the weight gainers and get some BCAA's. That's an idea.

I agree with virus....looks like you're focusing too much on meal replacements, and not meals. Real food works best! Also, hold off on the creatine and NO till you've been lifting a while. You'll get more out of them like virus said.

thanks guys, well i'm trying to fix my diet but my main problem is that i haven't much time to prepare meals every day, my days are always busy, in school from 8-5pm and then studying for the rest of the day, somedays i have no time to go to the gym.

when do you advise taking the creatine and NO Xplode? say 1 or 2 weeks into training?

and about BCAA's, which one do you guys recommend, i never bought them cause never knew which ones are better, any good brands you recommend?

yeah theres really no point in using the creatine and nox now. the most useful thing about them imo is that when youve been training for a while and your strength hits a barrier it helps to get past that. your stength will go up anyway for the first 3-6 monts naturally as your body gets used to training again........

I use Sci-fit's BCAA 5000 powder. Pre and post workout. As for your bedtime meal. I personally have another heaping Tsp. BCAA with a cup of fat-free cottage cheese and a TBSP of Skippy natural peanut butter.
