Right now I'm drinking my Muscle Milk after my workouts and before I go to bed. My brother told me that's what he does and that I should do the same.
On days that I don't work out, I drink one shake around 4pm and that's it. Only one on non-workout days. What about you guys? When's the best time to drink 'em? I know the sticky says before your workout and after your workout, but I just want to know how many people do that.

Yeah I'm gonna get some whey to drink after my workouts when I get the money.
Is it still okay to drink Muscle Milk and whey in tandem? They wouldn't interfere with each other, would they?P.S. What does PWO mean? Post-workout? Pre-workout? |

PWO is Post Workout...Taking the muscle milk before bed is fine...i used to do that just got expensive after while

Workout days:
1st thing waking up After workout Before bed with milk (unless I workout late that day and eat my post workout meal close to bed time, then I forgo my bed time shake) Off days: Morning after BCAAs and Creatine before bed with milk
