nxtss has a spectacular aura about
Default taking creatine and fat burner at the same time??

just wondering if it is a smart idea to take both a fat burner like for instance i have stacker 2, with creatine. would this help to lose fat while gaing muscle or will the two just cancel each other out and basically be a waste of money. I've been tjhinking about doing this so i'm just wondering what some of you guys think.

gaining muscle and losing fat together is a very very very difficult thing to do without the aid of certain substances. fat burners are only made to retain muscle whilst cutting as calories are needed for muscle growth.
a much easier option would be to either........

bulk up another 20lbs and then cut for a more muscular look or...........

do a cut using your fat burner and then clean bulk if your patient enough.

You could. I would use the Stacker alone though since it's expensive and it does stand pretty well without being stacked with another supplement.

Use the creatine for your bulk cycle or whatever your doing next. But running them side-by-side isn't 'bad.'

to answer your question.....
if you combined both the fat burner would probably work but the creatine wouldnt have much of a good effect whilst trying to cut.
if your worried about fat then id bulk now use your creatine and whatever else and then cut after it. youll acheive the same results you want but in a little more time. patience is everythin in this game.

their is nothing wrong with taking creatine and fat burner. most tend to stay away from it because of the water retention from creatine tends to put them off and mask their progress.

you can use the creatine to help maintain some strength and energy levels while in calorie deficit. if ur worried about water retention then i suggest that u use Kre-alk or CEE instead of monohydrate.

i agree with this. i have taken both at the same time and i did lose a little body fat and kept my strength where it was at.

i would scrap the creatine and the stacker 2... there's a fat burner called hot rox that is specifically made for clean bulking. i'm taking the new hot rox extreme right now... haven't been taking it long enough to give a review on it, but last summer i did take the hot rox for several months and i can back up its claims to build muscle and decrease fat at the same time... don't get the impression it will do all the work tho.

My personal experience with using a fat burner and creatine during a cutting cycle for a competition, I had no problems. Many people use creatine up till the week of thier show.
