Hey guys I am wondering what I should go with for protein? I am looking for a supp that I can have after my lacrosse and after workouts. I was looking at Muscle Milk, but I can't decide. Thanks in advance for your help.

when i started training i used to rely on whey and drinks for my main protien intake and i had groeth but it wasnt really solid. since useing food for 80% of my intake i feel a lot more defined and harder. my biceps are a lot more solid.

Lol G0D I agree again. I went a step further tho when I started to "train" and used weight gainers too thinking they would do me good.
I Will say that taking n devoting the time to set-up n plan a weekly diet and sticking to it was the most beneficial thing I did in regards of bodybuilding. Hands down.
