i think that product and all like it are total garbage and waste of money. all you need (supplement wise) is a good whey protein (like ON) and some creatine. save you money on the other shiit

NO-Xplode is for newbs
In all honesty though, it's overrated [not to mention full of caffeine] BUMP to hrpii's post I'm not sure if I'm "allowed to say this" but when I took NO-Xplode, it was great and all but the effects NO-Xplode gives you is basically the same as the effect you gain from all these other overhyped pre-workout products. All they are comprised of is aminos, vitamins+minerals, caffeine and other basic ingredients that are thrown altogether into these "blends". Here's the part I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say without written consent of my father figure members on here - I used to use it a while ago (went through about 1 1/2 tubs at most) and I liked it (while the effect lasted b/c the effect wore off after a few week) but I would never go back to using it again. If I want to get crunked up, I'll drink a cup or two of Cuban coffee.

LOL That ton of caffeine is probably what makes up like 80% of the "pump".

I tired the so called "Supplement of 2006", about two months ago. One scoop pre-workout. I got so jittery and lightheaded that I had to cut my workout short. Plus the taste reminded me of that acid in your throat feel right after you throw up.

are you serious! Lucky me i guess. $30 bucks a jug, i take it only on lift days not cardio. I get freakin CRAZY! No mud butt, hammer headaches, tipsy drunkiness feeling, just pure energy! I started with 2, then i did 3 and a few workouts later i took 4, stupid yes...effects, AWESOME! I have been of for a long time now but just picked one up last week...IM BACK BABY!!! Guess my body just likes the stuff???
