Default trib, CEE, NO(product), CLA

I've seen tribulus in a powder form (trueprotien has it), I was thinking of mixing it with CEE, NO, and maybe CLA for a pre-work out drink. Any comments

I'm 25, I was thinking of using zma instead of trib.(before bed not before workout)

I think it would be useless for you to use Tribulus. You still have a lot of testosterone at that age unless you have a disease or something. Tribulus only boost you're naty test. When you're young you're already full of test anyway. So not much point of taking it. If you want ZMA. Buy Vitamin B6, Magnesium and Zinc instead. It will cost you less for the same effect.

Here's the quantity in ZMA.
Vitamin B6: 11mg
Magnesium: 450mg
Zinc: 30mg

Bump to the above. Your cycle however, minus the trib, looks good.


I'd run the CEE and NO on seperate cycles and by themselves. Just to get more cycles out of your supplements and they both can produce good gains solo.

What do you guys recommend for a NO product? V12 or NO Explode or is there something better? I'm getting ready to start supping with a little more than my current multi and whey. I've used creatine in the past (10 years ago!) with mixed results- first couple of cycles were good, last one not so good.

FYI V12 is not a NO product it is a creatine blend.

the NO product i'm looking into is by trueprotien, it doesn't have caffine in it. I've read caffine can release the creatine from your body. I already have about 800grams of CEE, trueprotien also has a NO formula with creatine in it no caffine. Is there anything else to boost test. naturally. I dont get as much sleep as I need would that produce lower test levels?

Oops sorry on the V12.
Yes, losing sleep is generally not healthy, and I would think that it could effect test levels.

All I could find is 50mg tablets of b6. Should I get them I cut them into 5th. Also 50mg tablets of mag.

most zma bottles say take 3. Thats would be 27 50mg mag pills 2 zinc and 1 b6. thats nuts .
