Default Price of whey going up?
I am running low on the whey I use and I went to the store to pick some more up tonight. I actually have an online retailer in my neighborhood with a retail store and can usually get some good deals.

Anyways, I grabbed my 5lb can of ON 100% and notice it's about 9 dollars more expensive than usual at ~$39. I asked the guy what was up and he said all whey is going to be going up in price significantly. I put the can back and came home to look online. Found the same can elsewhere for $28. So I don't know if they are full of **** and overcharging in their store now?

Has anyone else heard about the price of whey going up?

Oh, I ordered a bottle of Kre-Alkalyn as long as I was paying for some shipping

I've heard of the price of whey going up. A lot of the company representatives were talking about this. I can't remember what the reason was but it shouldn't matter to them cause most companies use more WPC than WPI

Yea I got it online for $28. I used to get it there for $32 +tax which kind of worked out to about the same price once I paid for shipping. I also like to support local brick and mortar stores. But when they start overcharging that much I can't support them anymore.

Well by you're standard maybe but I have a budget so I can't buy 100% Isolate. I use Dymatize Elite Whey which I think use more isolate then Concentrate and also has digestive enzyme in it to help absorb the protein. I think it also reduce bloating and gas.
