Mine is the same but I usually always use Blackberries and no glutamine, almonds and use of Whey instead of Vegetarian protein. Sometimes i'll throw some oats in there too.

Usually I don't add oats to my PWO. Thats not my always shake. My always PWO workout shake consist of whey, malto, destrose with some flavoring (chocolate.)

When I actually take time I throw in everything as I said w. contrast to yours. Usually its the mornings when I make them so as said, the oats are filling.

Great source for carbs too which is what I need in the morning.

wow, all of you get pretty technical with your protein shakes. I just stick to the basics:

2 scoops Chocolate Whey
16oz 1% milk.

Best taste?

12 oz whole milk
3-4 TSP Smuckers Natty PB
2 scoops of Choc. Muscle Milk
1/3 cup oats

Mix it in my blender bottle and it tastes like a no-bake cookie.

Best with water?
Mri's New one called Pro-Nos, in Chocolate or Amplify in Vanilla
