- handful of raw almonds
- tsp of Honey - 500ml water - 1 heaping scoop of Vegetarian protein - tsp of Glutamine - tbsp of Flax Oil - handful of assorted frozen Berries - 2 frozen Bananas BLEND IT ALL UP.....YUMMY I only drink this as breakfast on recovery days My post work out shake is simpler - 1 glass of Soy Milk - 1 heaping scoop of Vegetarian protein - tsp of Glutamine - tbsp of Flax Oil

I use 1 cup milk. 1/2 cup oats frozen peaches and strawberries 3 eggs 1 scoop whey maybe PB sometimes flax meal as well

Usually I don't add oats to my PWO. Thats not my always shake. My always PWO workout shake consist of whey, malto, destrose with some flavoring (chocolate.)
When I actually take time I throw in everything as I said w. contrast to yours. Usually its the mornings when I make them so as said, the oats are filling. Great source for carbs too which is what I need in the morning.

Best taste?
12 oz whole milk 3-4 TSP Smuckers Natty PB 2 scoops of Choc. Muscle Milk 1/3 cup oats Mix it in my blender bottle and it tastes like a no-bake cookie. Best with water? Mri's New one called Pro-Nos, in Chocolate or Amplify in Vanilla
