take as many as you like, just remember what your body doesn't use, you piss away.
I take one first thing in the morning and thats enough for me. I get most of my vitamins and minerals from real food. Flax/Fish oils(Omega 3) are great to take. I mix a TBSP of flax oil in with my post workout shake....yummy
