Default Multi vitamin and fish/flax oils

Ok, I need a little clarification here. I read somewhere on this board (I think it was in the member pics section in a post) where someone recommended taking two multivitamins a day (one morning and one evening). Is this OK? And the oils, they provide essential fatty acids right? Good for cholesterol and other necessary functions?

take as many as you like, just remember what your body doesn't use, you piss away.

I take one first thing in the morning and thats enough for me. I get most of my vitamins and minerals from real food.

Flax/Fish oils(Omega 3) are great to take. I mix a TBSP of flax oil in with my post workout shake....yummy

i wouldnt recommend taking as many as you want lol

water soluble vitamins should be ok but vitamins ADEK are fat soluble so to much of it can not be that good for you.

If you eat right, one a day should be good enough
