Question Thoughts

Hey yall, i posted a bit ago about my plateau, and got some great information. I've been doing the push/pull/legs idea for the last couple weeks, and as of this monday i finally pushed my bench past what i have before (245x4) it was a great feeling, and one i hope to duplicate next week.

So i've come again, this time asking for supplement advice. Right now i am taking Animal Pump, and have used probably 3/4ths of the tub. I honestly can't see a difference in energy, pump, or increase in focus at all. My lifts have stayed constant with the exception of my workout monday and tuesday of this week. For some reason all my lifts were better not just bench (side note, i think i did something to my bicep tendon or ligament which could or could not affect my pull lifts).

Anyways, with the upcoming month approaching i would like to purchase a creatine to try to up my lifts some more. I've taken sci-fit kre alk., sans v12 turbo, swole v2, animal m stak, superpump 250, no-xplode, no-shotgun, animal pump, micronized creatine, T3, and various other supplements in the past, but i have not found one that 100% satisfies me. The closet supplement that almost achieved that was swole which i took a little over a year ago (not as strict weight lifting program, crappy diet, etc) and ended up going from 152 lbs.-to over 160 for the first time. Only problem was i lost 5-7 lbs. almost 2 weeks after getting off of it (bench at time was 250x1, squats 365x1).

Here's my problem, and others might not see it the way i do so don't bash me. Being 5'8 i am a short dude, weighing 165 i'm pretty stocky with little bodyfat. I am absolutely as happy as i have ever been with my body right now, and if i had a digital camera i would post pictures. The dilemma is i don't want to get that much bigger (arms are 15-16in./ neck 16in./don't know chest/waist is 29-30in.).

I know i should not care about the bloating factor with creatine mono, but i really just hate the look it gives you, and to be honest my 2nd bottle of kre-alk did absolutely nothing (as well as sans v12 turbo), the only creatine i have not tried is pure CEE, and i want to say that animal pumps main creatine is CEE.

Which creatine should i look towards?

As it stands I will be incorporating the following:
Protein
Multi
Fish Oil
Flax Oil
(pretty much just the basic set)

Long post i know, and a lot of it is me just wanting to share how i am extremely happy with what working out with a strict regimen for the last year has made me. Any thoughts from the mods, and other supplement savvy memebers are wanted. Appreciate it.

For a creatine recommendation, I say go with Primaforce or ABB. They both sell a 1000 gram tub of regular creatine monohydrate at a very good price. I currently am taking ABB's creatine.

I had good results with just plain-ole c-mono on my first two cycles of it. However, the third time around I didn't have very good results - although that was probably mostly my fault, as I was not very strict in my lifting routine at the time. I didn't really bloat up with it either - I did put on some water, but that went away quickly and it did help with strength.

I use Dymatize micronized Creatine mono as my main cycling source and on work out days I substitute No-Xplode as my pre-work out dose.

I'm going to try Ultimate Nutritions new Horsepower when my jar of No Xplode is done. It's caffeine free so I can stack a fat burner with it.
