your opening the gates of hell by asking this....
Just about everyone on here agrees that MuscleTech is overpriced and not effective. I personally have never tried it but i wouldn't get your hopes up. What are you trying to do? Bulk? Lean out? Strength? and what are some of your current stats?

Right now I weigh 182. In sept I was 172. But real lean by doing alot of cardio. No weights. Since october I been trying to bulk up but also stay lean. My goal is 195 ish by june. Im in the gym 4-5 days a week. Strength is not a huge factor for me. I more interested in being lean and ripped. Mon-chest, tues-back, wed-arms, thurs-shoulders, fri-legs, sat & sun-off.

Your last post makes no sense!

You're trying to tell us you put on 10lbs of lean muscle from what you eat & doing cardio & by doing no weight training??

Have you been for a crap in the last 7 months?

Getting big is done in the kitchen...........however regarding your comment about strength - you can't get big by lifting light.

More weight on the bar = more mass on the ass

i meant to say that i got lean by doing alot of cardio. push- ups 10sets of pyramids 10 count. pull-ups 6 sets of 12-15 wide and inside grip. dips 6 sets of 12-15, crunches 5 sets of 30, 3-5 mile run 3times a week. before i was 172, i was 198 water weight. I was taking muscle milk, protien bars, NO 2, and glutemine. not knowing what i was doing. i just wanted to get big fast. now i want to be more sensible with the choices that are out there by doing some research

Personally, I wouldn't recommend anything from Muscletech. This product sounds like garbage.
