So i went ahead and bought Pump-Tech by Muscletech, and took 4 pills before breakfast and 4 pills 30 mins before workout as recommended.
Anyhow...the results were great! I weigh in at 126lbs, and I was picking 35lbs on each arm on dumbell curls with ease. 30 was normally a struggle. Also my chest was pushing 5-10 pounds more!! However.... It left my chest and biceps sore, and its 3 days later and still hurt! I know it is a good hurt, as it shows I worked hard, but I need to get pumped again, and dont want to risk it till all signs are gone! However, is this because my muscles are not used to being pumped with higher weights so easily? Any advice? I take protein, morning, pre & post workout and before bed. |

Eat up your protein and if you have free form BCAAs, take them. Other than that..you just have to wait it out. Don't over do it so much next time
