Hello havn't posted on here in a while. A while back i decided to get myself back in shape, but completely failed. Before my first year of college i was 190 10% bodyfat benching 275. After a year of college some other small incidents and a very stressful somer i ballooned to 237 and had completely stopped working out. In december I finally started getting my body back under control. I am down to 220 but have really hit a wall and my bench has come back up to 225 but hit a wall there to. Weightloss is the most important I do repititions in the gym more than extremely high weights but even that is getting me pretty big again(i grow muscle fast the last time i started to work out was at the end of senior year, from january to august i wen from 125 on bench to 275 and so on and so forth)
What is the best stack for me right now to get down to 190 again before summer. I know its alot of weight to lose but I really think I can do it I have the modivation I am doing over an hour of cardio and about 350-400 reps of various ab work every day but my weight is at a standstill for 2-3 weeks and its really pissing me off. I take aderol for ADD and had been taking hydroxycut but it wasnt doing any thing for me. Can you guys(and gals) help me to get a good stack of suppliments that will help with my gains as well as increase the weightloss i dont want baloony muscles i want firm and big ones. |

65 lbs in 4 months jesus that is amazing I have had no appetite and I think that is why The weightloss has been slow. Key to weightloss is eating and I've only been able to eat like once a day which is absolutly aweful I hafta start eating the right amount of the right stuff everyday
