Default On whey + Nlarge 2

Im the epitome of a hardgainer 6'1 152lbs, I can eat junk food all day long and not gain a pound. Now that I got some free time im going to get more seroius on my workouts and diets. I bought some Nlarge2 weight gainer this weekend along w/ San Vault. I have some On whe protein and was wondering if I can still take this w/ Nlarge2? If so how should i take them? I was thinking Nlarge 1 shake in the morning the other before bed, and ON whey use it as postwork out, someone please correct me if im off track.

A few years back I was having half ON whey / half N'large post workout shakes & I put on some good size (I was a pretty skinny guy).

Try and grind up some oats (at least half a cup) and throw those in as well.

People will tell you that "real food" is better for you, which it is, but if you've already bought your supplements, may as well use them.

Stay away from the junkfood & eat LOTS of good, healthy stuff, all through the day.

Did you ever take some shakes pre workout or at night time?

Yes.

I have a whey shake in water in the morning with breakfast & a whey shake at night in milk.

I wouldn't bother using gainer in these shakes - it'll cost you a fortune in N'large & is unnecessary if you are eating right.

you can eat junk food till it comes out your ears and you may never put on weight. you need good nurishing food. if you body is gettin everything it needs then it will be able to use and absorb all of the calories and protein and other neccesatys that are vital for growth. before using your weight gain and whey id do about 4-6 weeks of eating good food. you could also supp with multi vitamins to help. make sure everything on the inside is working properly and then the outside will be ready to grow.....

look into Pro Complex or Cytogainer. These are very low in sugar, and much better than N Large. Cytogainer has creatine, and both taste very good.

Yes you can take them together. Keep track of your meals/calories and try and get them earlier in the day.
