Default question on my new supplements for none workout days.

I just started to take a few new supplements this past week and had a question about them.

- Kre-Alk I take, I take 2 pills an hour before a workout and immediately post workout. Is it okay to take 2 pills am and afternoon with lunch on days I don't train?

-BCAA 5000 I take 1 heaping tsp an hour before a workout and again immediately post workout. Is it okay to follow this same schedule on days I don't train?

-Glutamine, same as above BCAA.

When I mean none workout days, this implies even no cardio. Strictly resting days. I have been questioning if I need to back off the amount of supplements even on off days. Thanks for any info.

Amino Acids can be taken as much as you like

Your body uses them to build.....your off days is when you are building muscle

I figured BCAA wound not be a problem, but wanted to check to make sure. The Kre-Alk I'm unsure if I should still take 4 pills total on non-workout days. Same with the Glutamine.

Take your Kre-alk and BCAAs a half-hour before lifting. I wouldn't bother with with glutamine but if you're gonna take it might as well throw it in with your kre-alk & BCAA mix. On non-training take your kre-alk first thing in the morning. You can take your BCAAs at the same time or throughout the day.

thanks for the advice. Is there any problem with absorption with taken these supplements with say 1/2cup oatmeal an hour before workout? Just wondering if I should start attempting to hold off on food in the AM until I after I lift. I'm just worried I won't have the energy if all I eat is 2 scoops of ON I drink to wash down these AM supplements.

I would suggest taking the kre-alkalyn in the morning with your breakfast. I also would consume your BCAA's in the morning as well.

I would eat your oatmeal around 45 minutes to an hour prior to training. Take your supplements around 20-30 minutes prior. Dont hold off food before lifting. When you wake up, you need to eat. Replenish your body with protein and carbs. This is necessary even on non-training days.
