Take your Kre-alk and BCAAs a half-hour before lifting. I wouldn't bother with with glutamine but if you're gonna take it might as well throw it in with your kre-alk & BCAA mix. On non-training take your kre-alk first thing in the morning. You can take your BCAAs at the same time or throughout the day.

I would suggest taking the kre-alkalyn in the morning with your breakfast. I also would consume your BCAA's in the morning as well.
I would eat your oatmeal around 45 minutes to an hour prior to training. Take your supplements around 20-30 minutes prior. Dont hold off food before lifting. When you wake up, you need to eat. Replenish your body with protein and carbs. This is necessary even on non-training days.
