has anyone tried muscletech's creakic...if so what were your impressions... and notice i didn't ask if you think it was overpriced... or all the usual jibber jabber that goes on..

if you know what they mean on the label its just KIC creatine and alpha lipoic acid.

have i used it no, would i use it no.

so basicly its leucine creatine and alpha lipoic acid, have fun with that.

i tried it. all it did was make my wallet lighter.
