Default creatine damage

decided i'd make time and come back to bb4u so hey to everyone again!

taking reflex creapure atm, have been for about a month or so. problem is last week i woke up with bags under my eyes, which i found weird because i'd got a descent amount of sleep the night before and wasn't feeling tired. the bags didn't go over the week so i had a look on the net and it said it can be a sign of kidney damage, which worried me a bit. anyway this week its just got worse, i've been trying to drink even more water and so as natural need to go to the toilet quite a lot, however my urine has been yellow/green each time. apparently also i look ill most of the time atm.

i'm quite worried now and the last time i took creapure was on thursday. however i want to carry on with it because of the benefits, so i'm asking is this being caused by the creapure and would i be really damaging myself by carrying on with it???

cheers

If you are worried about your health in anyway consult a doctor immediately not a board full of opinions. I'm not tring to be a ass you need to get checked out if your concerned about something like this.

Yeh I know what you mean mate but I'll only go to a doctor if I think it really is a problem, just after some opinions on it atm.

My training partners brother had a serious reaction to some supplements and had kidney damage, liver damage and a bunch of other sh!t and almost died. Doctors did give him much of a chance of surviving in the condition he was in when he checked into the hospital. He went from being in perfect shape and a martial arts instructor to almost death in no time. I don't know exactly what he was on, never could find out. He still isn't fully recovered a year later now, my training partner won't take any supplement now as a result he thinks it was the result of creatine, personally I think he may have been on oral steroids

damn thats crazy because one of my cousins that i never talked to, apparently had liver damage, i dont know either what he was taking, all i know is he got big real fast, and in the hospital he lost it all, being fed through the tube, he passed away last week.
now i dont rely on supps, i just take whey and aminos and a multi.

i was also in the hospital, had a seizure type thing, and people think its cause of supps i was taking, i stopped taking creatine and all and now im good, i dont think it was the supp, but im not experimenting no more.

By the time you've concluded your opinion after getting all of ours, you could be in grave danger. Go to the doctor and get checked out. It doesn't take too much out of your day and the earlier something is detected, the better. Besides, if you don't have anything, more power to you. Keep on truckin'....

I've been cycling Creatine now for about a year now and so far no-problems.

I did a lot of reading on Creatine before I started on it and the general opinion is that it is safe.

Hope I'm not wrong

If your pee is green you have a problem. Do you really need someone to tell you that?
