Default Physical Sensations Accompanying Use of Creatine Monohydrate

I'd like to poll individuals who currently use or have ever used Creatine Monohydrate.

I have very noticeable physical sensations that always accompany the use of C-mono, beginning about 10 minutes after ingestion. These sensations include tingling in the scalp and face and increased susceptibility to minor muscle cramping.

I'd like to know if anyone else has noticed these or other such physical sensations with the use of C-mono.

Thanks!!

this sounds like either an psychosomatic reaction (in your head) or an allergy to a possible contaminent in your creatine (either from manufacture or packaging). Both are possibilities.

Default No, these are real manifestations caused by C-mono.

I don't believe any of the above to be the case. In fact, I've found this reference which indicates the same or similar manifestations: Creatine Side Effects - Effects of Creatine - Is Creatine Safe?

I've done many monohydrate cycles, no symptons of such described.

Beats me why it would do it if it's the creatine monohydrate? Especially so instantly like you said.
