Default Progress Report... advice ?

I've been a long time lurker on this site, learning something new all the time. I wanted to post my routine/diet to see if they were in check. Right now I'm looking to gain a little size, and maintain, if not lower, body fat... just like everyone.

I'm looking for tips to tweak, possibly change my routine as well as diet. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

I am currently 5'8" 173lbs @ 10% body fat

Monday
---Heavy Back, Biceps, Abs, 25 minutes elliptical
Tuesday
---Heavy Chest (pushes), Light Shoulders, Triceps, Calves - 25 minutes elliptical
Weds
---Legs, Abs - 25 minutes elliptical
Thursday
---Light Back, Biceps, Calves - 25 minutes elliptical
Friday
---Light Chest (flys), Shoulders
Saturday
---Light Legs, Triceps - 25 minutes elliptical
Sunday
---OFF

Daily Diet
Meal 1 - 9:00am
---Bowl of Oatmeal, 1 scoop Whey Protein
Meal 2 - 11:30am
---Yogurt/Cottage Cheese w/ flaxseeds
Meal 3 - 1:30pm
---Grilled Chicken w/ light cheese on whole wheat wrap
Meal 4 - 4:00pm
---Tuna on whole wheat bread
Pre-Workout Shake - 5:30pm
---1 scoop Whey Protein
Post Workout Shake - 8:00pm
---2 scoop Whey Protein w/ banana
Meal 5 - 8:30pm
---meatballs/chicken/pork w/ veggies

Supplements
---Whey Protein
---Kre-ALk
---L-Lysine
---Multi-Vitamin
---Vitamin C
---L-Arganine

I'm in the market for a few new supplements:
CLA
Green Tea Exract
BCAAs

Wouldn't it make more sense to break up the heavy/light workouts? ie. heavy/light/heavy/light. I don't know how you can keep going back to the gym 6 days a week, I'd get bored/knackered by the light chest day....
