ok so i got my NO Xplode, Sci Fit Kre Alkyln, been using 100% ON whey powder, been taking a multi, and just got some Zima complete carb as well to add to my shakes. all of my fav. supps right here
but i am getting down to the last bit of my whye powder, and i was wonder if muscle milk is reall good and good for you as much as ON 100% is? i can get it at my work for like 15 bucks for about 25 packets, and i kinda wanna do that and always hear about muscle milk. so any opinions here on what i should do???
