The Scifit brand kre-alk is good stuff... Alot of people use n have reported good reviews with the product. BCAA supplement are awesome.

I say you have a very great supplement scheme working for you. Good luck with your cycle and let us know how it works out for you.

I've been stuck in this rut for a 2 months now. I don't feel like I'm any stronger. I change up routines every 6 weeks. I'm just in a plateau stage right now and hope with the Kre-Alk I'll get over that. I haven't taken creatine in years. Monohydrate didn't hold well with my stomach. So far so good with the Kre-Alk. I read in MuscleMag, the recent issue March 2007 with Arnold on the cover with his routine for ever body part, theres a supplement section. Theres a section as to what the important supplements to take on certain budgets from $100 to $500/month. At $100/month it suggested Whey protein, creatine, glutamine, BCAA powder, and a multivitamin. So thats what I got. Of course it doesn't help that within the first few pages is an add for Kre-Alk with a picture of Justin Hunter who has won these California Teen bodybuilding titles, and he's huge and suppositively all natural hence his shirt "Natural Freak".

I agree with Virus, nice looking supps. I just hope you aren't also getting your lifting routines from bodybuilding mags.

I don't ever get my routines from mags. Although from looking through them I see a lot of the exercises that I already do.

If you're stuk in a rut you should re-evaluate your diet. That's usually the culprit when it comes to plateaus. It could also be a poor routine and overtraining as well. Post up your routine and diet and maybe the forum can help. Good looking supps though.
