What supplements would you suggest to take to get good abs?
Obviously a good protein, but how much a day? Anything else? Fat metabolisers, I'm doing a lot of cardio to trim that extra fat. Only got a bit of fat left, a pinch or two. Any help would be great. Cheers. |

LOL... That is funny! My problem is I don't eat enough and or I have too much carbs in the morning. Like this morning, I had a skim latte, I made @ home and now I am having my oatmeal with a few raisins in it!!! I had no eggs at home, so I was not about to pay .75 for one hard boiled egg here @ work, when I eat like 4-5... Plus we are going out to lunch today for a celebration and I will have a light meal (if I could find one on the menu, italian food), but we are having wine. Grrr.. although 1 glass of the red stuff should be ok.
