Default BCAA Question

Ok going to buy some bcaa's for my cut cycle.

Now they all have
L-Leucine
L-Isoleucine
L-Valine

Now different brands have different amounts of each. Does anyone have any recommendation for a good oral brand, as in bcaa in pill form.

Also, which of the three aa's do you want to most of to decrease catabolic activites.

I buy powdered versions of BCAA's myself. So I have no preference of a tablet or capsule form. I use Xtend by Scivation.

However, a quality BCAA supplement will have the ratio of 2:1:1 of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. This meaning that the ratio is twice the amount of leucine as the other 2 aminos.

As for being the most crucial, its leucine. It has been shown to be the most active and productive when it comes to protein synthesis. It can be as high as 10 times more productive than the other two.
