Question Is this a good protein deal?

I'm thinking about purchasing some whey protein online and I might get the Bioplex 100% whey protein 22 lbs. The total with shipping and handling would be 128.98. The protein will last me 96 days if I take 4 servings a day(20 g of protein per serving). Good deal would you say?

No one can answer your question without first looking at the ingredients and knowing whether or not it's a concentrate, isolate or blend.

I can say without seeing the ingredients cause its $5 a pound. Theres plenty of good quality whey protien out there for $2-$3 a pound. if you pay $5 a pound for whey then youre just throwing money away imo.

That's not a bad price for an isolate.

Ya, blends are a lot cheaper than pure isolates.
