By good diet, i dont mean necesarily clean. You need to start eating a lot if you want to gain weight, good clean food.

It's funny at the amount of times I have seen on this forum that someone says their diet is in check and then later they post something like this:

breakfast: protein shake, bowl of cheerios with 1% milk

snack: yogurt, bag of chips, protein bar

lunch: apple, yogurt and chili dog

snack: protein shake, apple

dinner: chicken or steak with mac and cheese

-LOL

I agree, get the diet in check, if its not. Concentrate on quality food sources. I definitely wouldnt add anymore supplements, except a multi-vitamin.

Hey, its a common mistake. A lot of people dont realize how much you have to eat. Id rather have people make that mistake as opposed to not being able to stop the KFC runs.
