I have seen 3 or 4 posts from you in the last five minutes where you did not contribute a damn thing, so I think its you that needs to shut the **** up.

Now, on to the topic at hand....

16 is kinda young to be on any supp besides a simple whey protein, especially when you don't even know what they do.

That fact aside, the two supps you are asking about, are pretty much for opposite goals. Creatine is for muscle building, while hydroxycut is for fat loss. Specifically, creatine will help your muscles retain more water, and hydroxycut (just look at the name) is going to get rid of water weight. You may take both at the same time, I don't know what exactly it will do, but I think you will find them to counteract each other and will see lackluster results at best.

Hey MANScorch / Vaporize sales rep - didn't they teach you that being a complete prick does not help you make the sale?

Look, I'm sorry. I really enjoy these forums, but everytime I come on here I always see the same questions about the same supps. and it get old after awhile. I want to see awesome logs, and people talk about new exciting supps, instead the same ol' "no-xplode,creatine, etc." talk. And no i am not a MAN sales rep. I just used their products and firmly believe they work better than the average fat burner.

Anyway, Like it's been said many of times. Supps are bull**** and it's really about your diet & genetics. You can only push your body so far. If you are going to take all these supps that don't really work, then why not just inject some test for real results

If that's still you in the avatar with a six pack, you're 16 and 165lbs, why on earth are you taking hydroxycut? Apart from that what Travis said seems to make sense.

I always love to hear the newbie trainees spit out their negative crap and advice as if they are experts and have tons of experience with their new found arrogant attitude and they act like their physique clearly shows their success, but then in all actuallity they have the body of a 12 year old boy....Funny sh!t indeed

You should keep the attitude in check, you want journals, stick to the journals then. You dont like a post, dont reply unless you have something constructive to say.

lol, hydroxycut is not made to get rid of water weight. That would be a diuretic. A diuretic increases the amount of urine that you excrete, therefore, lose water weight. I guess Hydroxycut may increase that a little, that is not its main function however. Because hydroxycut is a fat burner, and losing water weight is not losing fat.

as for the topic at hand, taking that stuff at your age is not smart. At 18 i took hydroxycut with ephedrine (back when it worked). I wasnt smart enough to know it wasnt that healthy, ya, it worked, but still, not the best idea.

Yeah I took it when I was 18, well, Ripped Fuel w/ephedra. Guess it's the hormonal six-pack urge for the summer. It worked a bit but only because I had a good diet, and the results were so short-lived I dunno what I was doing. Only now I realise what a waste of money it was.
