NO-xplode
I'm a new user to these forums and to supplements. I asked friends on what to get and did a little research into my own body and needs. Apparently, NO-Xplode was what I was looking for.
I only have done the trial so far, take a cup now, wait 30 minutes to see if your still reacting well, take another cup. I never did an intense workout, a few reps and a 1 mile run, and unfortunately never saw any of these effects. The energy increase started after the second cup (about 35 minutes after the initial cup), then nothing after that. It says increases muscle and vein size through vaso-dilation, however I saw no increase in either.
I'm a skeptic when it comes to these, especially because I'm new, however, I was wondering if I was doing something wrong? Or perhaps you just don't see the full blown (if any) results from the trial cups (due to the length and small amount). Any tips or suggestions would be helpful. I'm also supposed to be taking Iso-Bolic protein shakes, but I want to know about this NO-xplode first, incase I'm doing it wrong.
