Yeah there is alot of info n reviews here. The taste is outstanding but it's not a PWO drink.

It's a slower absorbing so taking it during the day/night is okay. Need a faster absorbing protein (not mixed with milk either) for your post workout needs.

None the less, if it wasn't so expensive i'd purchase me some.

Exactly. Its great stuff, if you are made of money. $ for $ its not your best bet.

I just went thru 2 tubs of MM and the powder doesnt even compare to the RTD's. It tastes chalky and ill never buy the powder again.

I tried MM (still have about half a container left) and, like Mitch, I felt it was way too chalky/gritty. Nasty stuff IMO.

I used it when i could afford it. good stuff. I personally could not care less what a supplement tastes like, but i guess it was ok.

Well your PWO will probably be a whey protein, so mixing it with milk may affect the absorbing process. See after you workout, you want that protein as soon as possible.

Mixing milk with Muscle Milk is a good idea. Like I said, MM isn't a PWO work out.

You can absolutely mix it with milk. It'll make it taste better. However, using milk in a post workout shake is not recommended because milk contains casein protein--a slow absorbing protein. Post workout, you need a fast absorbing protein (whey).

I used to drink muscle milk, but found it had too much fat for me. Anyway thought that I rub it in, that the local grocery store here in Anchorage, AK carries the muscle milk powder for $10. What a bargain? That stuff is like $40-$50 at supplements stores. Oh well
