this stuff is very popular amoung my football team.....i myself perfer muscle milk...i am 15 and i asked the best stuff to take for muscle/weight gain he gave me muscle milk.....i would wait until your 18 i have heard many things about stunting growth and whatnot. If you truely want it go by it yourself you dont need an adult and keep it in your gym locker thats what i do. Id look into it more. The only reason its so popular its the only one advertised

i have tried to both no xpolode and cellmass personally i didn't feel a pump with no xpolde just energy i had some pretty solid results from cellmass but i would reccommaned gaspari size on my bench jump 85 pounds and was able to put on 2 inches to my arms and 2 to my chest

If you still have to get permission from your mom to buy something then you are probably too young anyway. Surprisingly enough you don't need fancy pre-workout supps to make good gains, especially for someone new to lifting.

u guys are only 16 years old........eat, sleep, lift. If you feel its necessary, NoXplode is a great preworkout drink......but there are much cheaper alternatives out there if you are only looking for energy.
And I hope you aren't using MM as your post workout protein bro.....it is too slow of a digesting protein and you are wasting its most valuable attribute. Get some cheap 100 percent whey and drink that after workouts. Drink MM before you go to bed to stay in ur system all nite.

i think that there are better things out there than NO explode if you want something pre workout...oatmeal is my fav but if u need a supp of some sort i liked shock therapy it atleast gave me energy for a week or so...No explode gave me energy for a day...overhyped IMO but i know my lifting partner likes No supps but he is also one of those guy slooking for miracle supps... just buy it if u wanna try it but its no miracle...no supp is

I've taken V12 regular stacked with NO2 and it was pretty serious stuff when dieting right, sleeping right, and getting enough protein with a MAX-OT type lifting regime.
Super Pump was awesome, made me feel like a million bucks, but also gave me "near sh*tting in pants" runs. Not really sure why, since nothing has ever given me that kind of side effect. Horrible experience. And I never had NO Explode, so if anyone could compare it to maybe a V12 or SuperPump that would be great. The biggest difference between V12 and the other two is the fact that there are no stimulants in V12. |

But many do take protein. Yes 30-40$ is alot and im not saying that no-xplode is a miracle worker. But Motivation is directly related to results. And vice versa. Now from personal experience, I always see good numbers on lifts when I take a no product. Thats results and I become more motivated, and with that motivation lift more and feel better. Everyone has the time to workout, so why doesnt everyone? Motivation and accountability. If you could lift 3 weights and be huge, everyone would be huge. Motivation plays a big role.
