Default ORYX Goat Whey Review and a science Q about Protein!

Oryx Goat Whey by Vyo-tech

Smell = Bad
Taste(Swiss Chocolate) = Weird...it doesent make me wanna gag or throw it out the window, the after taste sticks for awhile but isnt bad, its actually just a weird/good, really i cant give a good review becouse its liek that, tried it how it says with water and also used 2% fat milk, with milk its better while you drink it but the after taste is the same with water.

Do i reccomend it? Yes...if you have the money for it at GNC it was at 26.99 after all the january savings and the Gcard discount for a 2.2 pounder, thats 30 servings and each serving is 33.5g.

Now to type wat the bottle says...

GO GOAT! Superior Bioavailability, Absorbtion & Digestion
*Goat milk protein is recognized worldwide for its superior bioavailability, absorbtion and digestibility in comparison to cow milk protein.Goat milk protein is almost identical in chemical structure to human milk, explaining why less than 1% of the population worldwide is allergic to goat's milk.Oryx Goat whey protein contains smaller protein fractions that are naturally predigested for improved assimilation, absorbtion and retention.Youll absorb nearly 94% of what you ingest withought any bloating, gas or stomach discomfort that you may experience with cow milk.

Repair,Build & Recover Faster with Oryx Goat Whey!
*Your body is your temple so you need the purest, highest quality protein to support rapid tissue repair, muscle growth and recovery.Oryx Goat Whey contains antibodies known as immunoglobulins, which strengthen and enhances immune system function while dramattically improving recovery.

Higher BCAA's,BV(biologicalvalue) & 100% Lactose Free
*Oryx Goat Whey conteins the highest concentration of BCAA's and a BV of 104, which is higher than whole egg(100) and beef(80). It is estimated that nearly 70% of the worlds adult population experience varying levels of lactose intolerence.*** No need to worry, as Oryx Goat whey is 100% lactose free.

*** Scrimshaw,N.S.,and Murray,E.B."The acceptability of milk and milk products in populations with a high prevelance of lactose intolerance."American journal of clinical nutrition.1988,48;1083-1159.

The Worlds's Perfect Protein is Produced by the Perfect Goats!
*Oryx goat whey protein is a one-of-a-kind proprietary blen(patent pending) of goat milk whey protein isolates, concentrates and peptides derived from the milk of a variety of the worlds finest species of goats. The goat milk used in Oryx comes from French alpines & Switzerlands Saanen Goats, which were originally bred hundreds of years ago to produce the finest milk. Both species are best known for their high quality milk production, which is the milk used exclusively in making Oryx Goat Whey.

Mother nature & Modern Sciense Unite!
*Oryx goat whey protein is created utilizing a revolutionary and exclusive flash pasteurization and UV light sterilization process. The whey components are extracted utilizing a sophisticated system of enzymes to cleave the long chain polypeptides(protein) and glucose molecules during the liquid process to complete the whey extraction. The resultant formula is a shorter chain polypeptide that is more easily absorbed and creates a more pronounced IGF-1 response than cow milk protein to facilitate muscle tissue repair, growth and recovery.

Now the Supp Facts

ServingSize: 2 rounded scoops (33.5g)
SPContainer: 30

Now 1 Q!

Will mixing the goat whey with milk screw the fast absorbtion of the whey?or will they take seperate paths or some weird stuff?

Thanx

Why would you recommend it? From what you said, it tastes like crap unless in milk. Whey in milk digests slower. for PWO you want to be able to add to water and if this is gross in water I am not gonna want to spent money on it. This stuff is suppose to have a 94% absorption rate so I would take it PWO with water.
A little research shows me that very few places are doing goat whey and I don't know about vyo-tech's claims on it but I bet the next iteration of it will taste better. Think I will wait for that

Also, as a side note...can you clean up soe of the grammatical errors please? Makes reading the review kinda distracting.
Anyway, thanks for letting us know about tis stuff. definitely a new source of protein to watch as I did not know they used goat whey.

I reccomend it becouse of the amount of stuff(protein, calcium, etc) per serving and also becouse it claims it absorbs much better.

I guess its true that goat milk is actualy better by the things that my step dad said and my mom.

stepdad = " The Molecule is smaller than cows milk " he works in Pfizer he should know a bit i guess...
mom = " its better for digestion, some ppl have problems with cow milk" she is just a house wife..

Also an EDIT on the Taste, the less water you mix it with the better it tastes, and it seems the taste grows with you, but some ppl just drink them asap as i do sometimes, also i didnt say the taste was bad..just weird. if you have the money try it, if you can find samples IF any, i have never seen one, try em.

Soz for my typos and stuff <_< i trully suck at communicating lol

Im using a canister of it now. It is decent stuff. I honestly cant say I can tell much of a difference between it and my regular whey, especially for the cost difference.

yeah i been thinking of the cost difference also, like with what it costs i could get the 100%whey(5pounder) and use 2 servings post w/o and it would still last me about 35+ days.

So what do you think of it?Keep buying or just abuse on another less costly whey?
