I just went to Gnc not to long ago, and i bougth a 6 pound tub of 100 whey protein, amino acid pills, and a sample of ultra thermo pump, and like i know that i got creatine and creatine and the amino pills, so i nkow thos econtribute, but i decided to buthose lil samples of the thermo stuff, well it ook the capsules ass suggested, and went to the gym, it was closed!!! So now im stuck here, ive been hyper for a while but i noticed that these pills liek bring out your veins, and give u a lil jolt, but also brings out my anger issues, i become short tempered and aggresive, is that normal? I know it works, it's not mental, like i jsut feel like gettin up and runnin, but im just so pissed for no reason, idk if i really wanna take these pills anymore, prolly not the healthiest, my hearts pounds fast too. What you guys think bout this?

Stop taking supplements for the sake of taking supplements. You bought creatine but had no idea what it was for. Now your taking another supp and you have no idea what its for. I'm honestly not too sure what it is because i don't buy from GNC, but my first guess would be a fat burner. Again, something you prob don't need. Do some research and put some time in the gym before you go blowing your money on crap you don't need. I'd wager that your workout routine isn't up to par and if you took time revamping that you would get good results with out all the bs supps your buying.

xsen, how do you know these pills work if you haven't used them properly in a workout environment. give it a couple of trials at the gym before you "know that they work."
